Ivan Tuohy, Founder and CEO of Great Ireland Experiences will launch a series of stakeholder tourism workshops tomorrow (Tuesday), in the Dromhall Hotel.
This Bunratty-based company is positioned to be the digital software solution for the visitor attraction sector. To date Great Ireland Experiences has been the recipient of many awards, including the National Enterprise Awards, and were also recently announced as the overall winner in the LIT, Enterprise Ireland, New Frontiers, start-up awards ceremony.
Throughout his years in the hospitality and visitor attraction sector Ivan recognised that when people visit attractions, they have questions, they want to know more about the history, the legends, the place and its people. This has led him to develop an innovative platform that addresses these challenges in an immersive and engaging way so that visitors have the best possible experience of the attraction.
Great Ireland Experiences is an Experiential App for the visitor and Smart, Data Analytical Software for the attraction. It enables attractions to load and integrate their content onto a single space while capturing rich customer data in real time. It is multi-lingual and supports 10 languages thus enabling a visitor attraction to directly target and communicate with their customer. In essence this digital platform helps attractions increase market share, increase revenue and improve the overall customer experience.
The Great Ireland Experiences workshop promises to deliver an evening of learning and insights for visitor attraction stakeholders. The panel includes tourism experts, Conor Hennigan, Hennigan Hospitality Service, Brigeen O’Sullivan and Eimear McDonnell, BBS Marketing, Tina O’ Dwyer, The Tourism Space and Ivan Tuohy, Great Ireland Experiences.
The tourism workshop will take place at 5.30pm. To register your interest please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
