If you want to slow down and become more mindful – then what better way than in Killarney House and Gardens this week.
From Monday to Friday, ‘Learning to Walk with Your Senses’, a technique of ‘mindful walking’, presented by Killarney Rotary Club, will be taught each morning, from 9.30am to 10.30am.
The meeting point is the Garden Room in Killarney House and it will be led by Anne Alcock, a lecturer, author and spiritual retreat facilitator, who can teach you any day of your choice, to walk with your senses and apply a very ’slow mindful walking technique’.
The walk is for adults only and booking is essential. It’s €5 per walk, with proceeds in aid of Killarney Mountain Meitheal. For further details contact 085 8017979.
