BUS transfers are in place between Casement Station, Tralee, and Mallow Station during works being carried out at Minish level crossing.

Due to engineering works at Minish, in conjunction with Kerry County Council, Iarnród Éireann/Irish Rail advises all intending passengers that bus transfers will operate from all stations between Casement Station, Tralee, and Mallow Station (in both directions) from tomorrow, Tuesday, October 10 (8.45am until 7pm), Wednesday, October 11 (8.45am until 3.15pm) and Thursday, October 12 (8.45am until 7pm).

“To avoid delaying trains at Mallow Station, customers should note that bus transfers will depart all stations between Casement Station, Tralee, and Mallow Station – earlier (for example: 8.45am bus transfer departs Casement Station, Tralee for Mallow),” said Iarnród Éireann.

During the engineering work, Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail is also asking mobility impaired customers to contact them in advance of the day of travel, so that arrangements can be put in place.

In addition, customers should note that delays may occur during bus transfers. “Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail would like to thank customers for their patience and understanding during these engineering works – and apologise for any inconvenience, which may occur,” stated Iarnród Éireann.
