Killarney’s newest dining experience just might fill a previously non-existent niche with diners offered an ‘All You Can Eat’ service.

The Secret Restaurant and Bar on New Market Lane is an Asian street food restaurant with a difference.

For €19.95, and a time limit of 90 minutes, patrons of the Secret Restaurant have a choice of 10 different main courses, a range of starters, a salad bar and a dessert bar. Such is the choice you, customers are advised to arrive hungry.

It is also Kerry’s first venue to offer a Sisha water pipe smoking experience – a tradition popular in Arabic countries – but so far an uncommon sight in Ireland.

The venue was officially opened by Mayor of Killarney, Cllr Michael Gleeson, on Thursday (September 12).

Owner Saiza Siddique, who also operates the adjacent Uptown Restaurant says her new venture offers a mix of Indian or Chinese foods.

“As soon as people come in they really like the place,” she told the Killarney Advertiser.
